My name is Shelby and I am a trauma-informed therapist who is dedicated to helping you heal from your deepest wounds and reclaim your authentic self. I specialize in complex PTSD, attachment trauma, and EMDR. I also frequently work with people who have ADHD and/or Autism from a neurodiversity-affirming lens. My approach blends Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Relational Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and more to guide you through the layers of your past that have kept you feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. My therapy sessions with clients are more than just conversations; they're dynamic, engaging, and uniquely tailored to you.
