I'm Shelby, and I specialize in treating complex trauma/CPTSD, with a focus on attachment trauma for clients ages 20 and older. I also frequently work with people who have ADHD and/or Autism from a neurodiversity-affirming lens.

My therapy sessions with clients are more than just conversations; they're dynamic, engaging, and uniquely tailored to you. My perspective ensures that our therapeutic space is free from rigid norms, allowing authenticity to take center stage. My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and understanding, drawing not only from my professional expertise but also from my own lived experiences with cPTSD and auDHD.

The treatment I provide is eclectic, relaxed, and varies depending on your strengths. I use a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, including Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems/Parts Work Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy and Strengths-Based Therapy, to support my clients in their healing journeys.
